Window Perforation Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gatorprints purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and uninstalled
In its original condition
Free from damage, alterations, cuts, adhesive contamination, or signs of installation
Returned in its original packaging when possible
Window perforation graphics that have been installed, partially installed, cut, trimmed, altered, or otherwise used cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the product and the issue. If the item was damaged during shipping, photographs of the packaging may also be requested.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Gatorprints or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Gatorprints is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Please do not return an item without following the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is appropriate for their intended application and surface before installation.
Gatorprints is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, improper surface preparation, incorrect application, removal, repositioning, or misuse of the product.
Once a window perforation graphic has been installed or installation has been attempted, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Color & Appearance
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and other digital devices may vary slightly from the actual printed product. Reasonable variations in color or appearance are not considered product defects.
Amazon Purchases
Products purchased through Amazon are also subject to Amazon’s applicable return and refund policies. If Amazon’s policies provide additional return or refund rights, those policies will apply.
